Managing the Second Wave of Disasters: A Case Study following A Tornado's Impact on a Manufacturing Facility

During this discussion, we will examine what impacts a disaster makes on the everyday supply chains of a manufacturing facility. This topic will provide a baseline understanding of normal distribution models and dive into a real-world event and how an organization was forced to change its model. Participants will learn new insights into managing resources following a disaster and become more familiar with business continuity planning processes.
