Associate Healthcare Provider Continuity Professional (AHPCP)Apply for Certification
The Associate Healthcare Provider Continuity Professional certification is for those who are new to our industry. It supports entry-level proficiency with some knowledge in healthcare continuity planning, but is suitable for those who have not yet gained significant experience in business continuity. Obtaining your AHPCP certification proves your commitment to a professional career in healthcare business continuity management.
The Certification Process
The AHPCP level is for individuals with less than two years of industry experience with minimum knowledge in business continuity management, and have successfully passed the Healthcare Examination. It is for professionals with limited knowledge of healthcare business continuity, but who have not yet gained the necessary experience for advanced certification. This certification designation also targets interested individuals who have expertise in a health-related field e.g. hospitals, the healthcare system, public health agencies or health insurance companies. The application must conform to all the requirements applicable to the desired certification level. Once obtained, payment of the annual fee is the only requirement for maintaining the AHPCP level of certification.
